Excellent service and fair pricing

Contacted Welwyn Auto Centre about my car making a clunking noise, and they very kindly fit me in the next day to take a look and check if there was anything obviously wrong. There wasn't. Something else cropped up though, partly due to my mistake and partly due to engine design, and thankfully they were able to fit me in only a week later (with a workaround so I could still use my car). They were kind, friendly, and actually explained to me properly what the issue was. Got my car back as agreed, and it runs so much better - I hadn't even noticed the problem until it was made worse by my idiocy! 😅 Excellent service and fair pricing, can't recommend them enough. Gutted to be moving out of the area shortly, as I would definitely be taking my car back there for service & MOT next year if I could!
